How to retrieve User's responses from Storyline 360 Scorm 2004

Hello,

I've been trying to build out a course using storyline 360 and publish it using Scorm 2004. However, I am trying to retrieve the responses from the users but it isn't working. 

Can you help me, maybe there's some scripting that needs to be added to my file to be able to get their responses.
