How to set reoccurring courses?
Is there way to set reoccurring courses in Reach? i.e If we wanted our employees to re-do the same course or training each year (or every two, three years etc), is this possible?
I can't seem to find anything in User Guide or here in the discussions.
Thank you

Hi LloydAygun,
This is a great question to ask!
Currently, there isn't a way to automatically enroll learners to retake courses on a specific cadence. You'd have to re-enroll the learners in the course. I've shared this feedback with our product team so we'll let you know if anything changes!

Thanks Kelly, I appreciate the reply.
I apologise as this seems like such a simple thing but it doesn't seem obvious on how to "re-enroll learners on a course" as you mentioned. If a leaner has completed a course no matter what I do I cannot seem to re-enrol them to repeat the course. Am I missing something here?
Thanks for your help.
Hi, LloydAygun!
I'm happy to provide some further clarity here - I should've been clearer. Once the customer has completed the course, one option is to remove them from the training. Here's how:
- Navigate to the Manage tab and select the Courses section.
- Click on the title of the training from which you want to remove the learner.
- Go to the Learners tab.
- Hover over the learner's entry and click 'Remove'.
This will unenroll the learner from the course, and they will no longer see it in their "Assigned to me" tab. When it's time for training, you can enroll the learner in the course again. I hope this helps!
