how to share a folder with my team

Hi !

Quick question. Do you know how to share a folder with my team in articulate review ?

I mean, i don't want to send a link. I want to share all my projects in a team folder with my colleagues.

Thanks a lot !

Laïla

  • Hi, everyone!

I have some great news to share!

We’ve just released an update for Review 360 which includes cool new features:

New: Create shared team folders in Review 360 to organize your content, assign permissions, and invite collaborators. You can even allow multiple authors to publish new versions of a course to the same Review 360 project.

And because Review 360 is a web app, there's nothing to install! New features and fixes are available immediately.

    Have a great day!

I too would really appreciate having the ability to share a folder or groups of folders among team members, it would also be a benefit to be able to sort the projects by, name, date, etc..

  • Throwing my 2 cents in, as well. My team is growing and we share blocks and lessons for reuse. It would be nice to have the ability to bulk-share my lessons with my team rather than having to share each single item with each new team member that comes on board. Thanks!

I agree. I want to be able to share multiple projects for review with my team. I think this should be a high-priority feature and shouldn't be too difficult considering all of the folder-sharing solutions that are available through Microsoft, Google, etc.

  • I agree with everyone! Please make this a feature Articulate!! To think I have to send over 20 links to people and they have to catalogue the info themselves.....what a waste of time management.

    Please make this a thing.

Same here, both for Review and for Rise. I inherited a license with 166 courses. I've divided them into folders, and each person on my team needs one folder of content shared with them. I cannot figure out how to send them the folders of 30-50 courses. There has to be a way to do that with a single click.

I want to continue the support for the need for this. I've also inherited numerous folders with numerous courses in each. I'm so not looking forward to having to do this individually. Surely it can't be that hard to be given the ability to share the folder, not only individual courses.

  • Many users are requesting the reviewer-facing folder function. Any updates now in 2023?

      Hi Yuchan!

Thanks for reaching out and checking on this!

Good news! This feature has just been added to our Feature Roadmap and we'll be sure to update this discussion as soon as we have news to share about its release!

  • It looks like it is on the feature roadmap (Collaboration > Team Folders) unless I'm misunderstanding the feature. Is this an active roadmap or is there another place we can track progress?
