How to share a Rise 360 course with another business
Hi. One of our businesses has their own Articulate subscription now and I need to share Rise 360 courses that I created with them. They will need to edit the courses but I do not want their edits to reflect on my original versions of the courses. What would be the best way to share courses without it having any impact on my existing ones?

From the Rise dashboard, you can select the browser ellipsis on the course you want to share ". . . ". There is an option there to send a copy of the course.

As Ron said, you can send a copy of a Rise course from the dashboard using the More (...) menu.
- The recipient must have an Articulate 360 license.
- This create a completely separate version of the course. Any further edits made in one version will not be reflected in the other version.
As above, this is the only way I can imagine it can be done... especially if they are wanting to make edits.
