How to show the time of the video?
Hello - I have added the Video controls to my slide but when I preview or publish they don't show up. What am I doing wrong?

Sorry, you're having trouble with the video controls, but I'm here to help! I can see you've enabled them from that screenshot but without seeing the slide in question it's difficult to say what could be going on. Are you able to share a copy of your file with us? If so, you can upload at this link using the Add Attachment button or you always have an option to share privately with our Support Engineers. Either way, we'll delete it when done testing.
Also, the option to show video controls will only work on videos you've added from a file, not on website videos.
