How to stop Storyline from scaling down inserted pictures?

I am trying to Inset .png or .jpg  format picture whose size is larger than the story size. The image is 900 pixels x 5,000 pixels. I want this picture to be able to scroll within a scroll panel. T...

Tim, there was a similar thread about this topic recently, see here and 'tiling' large images as a possible workaround. And here is some info on Storyline's size limitations for images (2048 pix).
