How to toggle true and false choices by a toggle button in quiz?

I have a total of 8 slides of true or false questions. I want to let users select true or false by a toggle button instead of a radio button or hotspot, etc. The default can be true, so if the answer is true, users can just hit submit. The toggle button is working. Now, I don't know what to do next... How to wire the 2 choices with the toggle button? How to count the final score in the result slide? (100% to pass)
