How to track and review multiple quiz questions on one slide

Hi,

I'm wanting to replicate a course that has two (or more) questions per slide. I've managed to create the functionality using the freeform 'pick many' option, but it doesn't track both answers. I would also like to be able to review the individual correct/incorrect answers on each slide after the course has completed - is this possible? Or is there a workaround I can employ? Any help appreciated. Attached is an example of what I have tried to build.
