How to turn off video compression or increase video quality
Hi Karim,
Thanks for reaching out!
I have a few quick questions to better understand:
- Are you looking for the capability to adjust the video's audio separately from the other editing properties? As my colleague Kelly mentioned earlier, here are some guidelines for best practices.
- What kind of video file are you working with? Have you edited this video outside of Storyline 360?
It would be helpful to take a closer look at your file. Feel free to upload your .story file to this thread or privately in a support case. We'll be sure to delete it after!
Looking forward to hearing from you!
Hi Luciana,
Thanks for your response, I found a fix outside Stroryline, but I'll explain for any future viewers.
For some reason the video's voice was somehow low and editing to increase the volume seemed to be a fix until I published and realized the quality of the video dropped as it was 3d animated and the settings changed to compressed and got greyed out so I can't change it back unless I undo the volume changing.
I couldn't find a fix so I just amplified the volume in Adobe Premier and reuploaded the video.
