Hyperlink state issues
My default hyperlink states wont remain consistent throughout my Storyline.
For example, a hover state randomly wont work on one slide but will on others even when it is set correctly in the controls on that slide.
I feel like I am definitely doing some formatting incorrectly as I don't think it is a bug.

It sounds like you see some inconsistencies with your hyperlink states, specifically the Hover state.
