Hyperlink to other parts of a course?
Is there anything available that allows for hyperlinks/# to another part of a course?

I would love to have a feature where I can link to a lesson in another course!

You can add a Button Block to a Lesson that will branch to the start/top of any other Lesson in the same Rise course.
