Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I did a quick test on my end using the attached sample file, and I can confirm that hyperlinks in the feedback layer all worked as expected. Would you mind testing the attached project file to see if you will get the same results as I did?
If the hyperlinks work for you, try checking to see if you have your triggers setup similar to the ones that I have in my test slide.
