I am the RISE admin but I cannot see a course that was created by another user

I am the main account user and a temporary user has created a training that they would like me to upload to our LMS. 

I cannot find the list anywhere in the course list, but it does exist because he sent me the link.

 

Where is the course and how can I find it? He tried adding me as a collaborator but keeps getting an error message.
