I cannot insert a video file mp4 format into my slide, whereas a colleague can do with that file in his storyline project
I get an error message when inserting an mp4 file into my storyline. It says it is not the appropriate file format. File size is 528 000 KB. I restartet the computer, new go with storyline- it still does not work.
A colleague tried with his storyline and he had no issues. Do you have advice? maybe not enough space on the hard drive? I compressed the file, then it worked, but only without sound.
To add, I modified the video mp4 file in video editor, simply added a title slide and finalized the mp4. After that step it was possible to add the mp4 file smoothly to storyline. Funny that my colleague was able to add the mp4 ( the original that did not work in my license) to his storyline with no issues.
