I have an issue adding a collaborator. They and add me and I cannot add them.
I know you'll probs say im not a team subscription and or use different data centres but why then can he add me as a collaborator and I cannot? I can do this with so many other learning designers...

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble with collaborating in Rise 360. I can confirm that you have a Teams subscription, and you should be able to add the other Teams user as a collaborator.
