Icon library options drastically reduced?

This morning I ran a Storyline 360 update - v.3.73.30119.0. Now the majority of my icon choices are missing/reduced in the Icon library. For example: if I search for "man" I would have previously received hundreds of options on multiple pages of results; now, I receive four results. Any advise how to get back the vast amount of options that were there previously?

    Our team has resolved this issue where icons were not populating in the Content Library earlier this week.
