Icons on Feedback Master Layout
Any permanent object (e.g., a shape or photo) on a Master Layout will always appear below the placeholders (e.g., the editable text boxes). That's true even if the permanent object appears above the placeholder in the Timeline on the Master.
Why? Those permanent objects aren't editable from the slide. You can't change them with a trigger on the slide. And they don't appear in the slide's Timeline. Thus, they end up below the objects that do appear on the Timeline.
To get the look you want on your Feedback Master, you could insert a solid rectangle below the Feedback Title placeholder (i.e., where the "Correct"/"Incorrect" text will appear). Put the icon on top of that rectangle. Adjust the Feedback Title placeholder so it starts to the right of the icon; keep that placeholder transparent.

Thank you for the explanation, I was able to get it to work with your help! I make the Feedback Title a shape instead, so I didn't have to change the size of that element. And I moved the Feedback Text element down, made to resize based on the text so it can grow as needed, and added a similarly formatted shape above it to make it look like one box. Looks seamless on the slide. Thanks!
