I'm sorry for the trouble regarding accessibility in your Rise course. The screen reader should read the alt text consistently. I appreciate the troubleshooting you've already done, and we're happy to help investigate this for you as well!
Would you be willing to privately share the affected Rise course with our team through a support case? We'll delete our copy when we're done.
