Image and text looks too pixelated when creating for Flashcards in Rise

    Hi there, Babita. We recommend using hi resolution images for any blocks where images are supported. If you are seeing blurry images, try adding _noprocess_ to the image file name and uploading it again. 

    That tag will opt that image out of file compression when adding it to a block. Let us know if that works!

This didn't work for me, even with the _noprocess_ file name. It seems to only be a problem with flashcards - the no process file name works on all the other areas where images can be added.

Thanks for reaching out! We're currently tracking a bug where the uncompressed images do not look sharper within flashcard blocks. I've added your voice to the report. We'll share updates on a fix in this thread so everyone is in the loop!
