Thanks for sharing the thread that helped guide you through this further troubleshooting and for sharing the details with us here.
So, now you are only seeing the image degradation once uploaded to CSOD? Are you hosting the files on S3, then loading to CSOD?
Do you see a similar issue if you directly upload your zipped published output to SCORM Cloud?

Yes, you are correct. The image again degrades once it is in CSOD. I'm uploading the output directly to CSOD. I was testing in S3 for convenience. Unfortunately, I cannot use SCORM cloud to test the course's performance.
