Image link in Rise
Why is it not possible to add a link to an image in Rise? This seems like a basic feature.

How can I add a link to text within my content. I have pdf files that I would like to link to within my content, is there a way to do this? I have several pdf's that I would like my students to view, and would like to be able to link to the pdf and store them as resources within my course, I don't see this option withing RISE 360. Can anyone advise how I can do this?
Hi Claude,
There's an attachment block that would be perfect for that! You'll find it in the Multimedia tab of the blocks library.
Let me know if you have trouble finding it!

Hi Allison, thanks for the quick reply. I saw the attachment block in the Multimedia tab, that lets me attach the document, but what I was looking for was a way to highlight some text, and attach a link to a pdf so when the student clicks on the highlighted text the document opens, rather than have to attach the pdf below the content. Anyway to do this?

I agree with Claude. Several times I wished this feature would be available.
Hi Claude,
To do that you would need to host your PDF on a web server and then create a hyperlink to it.
I hope that helps! :)

+1 here also.
Any idea as to when this will be released?

Similar to JC, I'd like to use images of logos as buttons.
I'm working with a group consisting of people who aren't tech-savvy at all and therefore I often need to build step-by-steps for different browsers. I'd really like to work with the bowser logos as buttons. Thanks for the feedback Stephen and Ina!

I hope this will become a feature. Would open up a lot of possibilities for design flexibility.

I'd utilize this feature in almost every Rise course I create. Subscribed so I can be notified when this becomes a reality.
