image quality decreases on slide
Hello.
My image deteriorated in quality when I dragged it onto my slide, as you can see from the before and after images in the attached.
Has this happened to anyone else?
Do you have advice on how to improve the quality of the images?

What is your slide size? Should be the size of the image to display correctly you should not scale or enlarge a screenshot.
If your image is 1915x985 and your course is 960x540 you'll have some degradation as you compress the pixels down. Here are couple of ideas:
- Keep the default course size and then set the menu collapsed and that will start in a larger view. And the learner can scale the browser up and down to get a better view.
- Resize the course to match the image. In this example, I set the Story size to match the image and in the player settings created a launcher to start optimized.
- Here's an interesting comparison of the image scaled down in the photo app to match the scaled down course. Which side is the course and which side is the image.

The left is the course, the right is the image. It shows that even outside the course, the image itself degrades when scaled down.
