Image Upload Error

Each time I try to upload an image or edit an image, I receive the following message "Something went wrong. Please try again or contact support if the problem persists." This is occurring in MS Edge and Chrome. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Hi cmt14​,

    Sorry to hear that you're having trouble uploading images to Rise 360.

    Are you referring to Lesson Header images specifically? I ask because we recently identified and fixed a Rise 360 bug that produced the error you mentioned. This bug caused a "Something went wrong" error to appear when editing images for a Lesson Header.

    We just released a new update for Rise 360, which corrects this issue. There's nothing to install for web-based apps as new features and fixes are immediately available!

    If you're still seeing this behavior elsewhere in Rise, and clearing your browser's cache doesn't help, please let us know. We're happy to assist further!

    Also make sure there's no funky characters or spaces in the file name. I've had issues with that impacting the ability to upload the image.
