Image uploaded into Rise blurry
Hi, I have a screenshot from an IT System in Snagit that is sharp & clear but when I upload it into Rise 360 it the words on the image become slightly blurry. It becomes clearer if you click on the magnifier in Rise but when viewing it normally words just are not very clear. Any ideas whats going on or how I can fix it?

Have you tried adding _NOPROCESS_ to your image name? Ex. "House_NOPROCESS_.jpg"
