Images are uploading to Rise in grayscale

Hi, When uploading some images I have created outside of Rise, they upload to my course in grayscale. I am not sure how to fix this issue. Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Katy!

I understand that your images are uploading in grayscale. May I know the format of these images? Would you be able to share one with us for testing?

If the images are private, you can also open a case with us here so that we can take a look.
