Thanks so much for sharing your file with us. I took a look at your file and I experienced the same issue you are explaining. It appears that you are currently using SVG files in your course. I would like to share this article on SVG Support when using Storyline 360.

What you are experiencing is a known issue that our Support Engineers are currently tracking. We will update this thread with any news or updates!

As a workaround, I would suggest exporting your Drag-and Drop interaction images as a PNG file instead of a SVG file. 

Here are step-by-step instructions for Exporting Original Images:

To export a source image in its original file format (PNG, JPG, etc.) and size:

  1. Right-click the image on the slide.
  2. Scroll to Export Picture and choose Export Original Image.
  3. Select a folder location and click Save.
