Hello Rachel!

I'm happy to help! I just tested this scenario on my end, and I see the image appear. Here are the steps I've taken:

  1. Created an Accordion interaction in Engage 360 and added an image on the first panel.
  2. Saved the interaction.
  3. Opened a project in Storyline 360 and imported the Engage interaction.
  4. Published the Storyline 360 project to Review 360.
  5. Viewed the course in Review 360 using Chrome.
