Images not showing in Rise

Is there an issue currently with images in Rise? I've never had an issue before and several images are now missing.  I can't upload new ones on my own or from the content library. I'm also getting kicked out when trying to make updates to images. I can make updates to text without issue?

  • Hi Everyone!

Sorry to hear you've run into this setback while authoring in Rise 360!

As Marie shared, we experienced a brief disruption on 07/11/2025 that impacted Reach 360, Rise 360, Rise.com, and AI Assistant. I'm happy to share that a fix has been deployed, and we have verified that the issue can no longer be observed.

Thank you for your patience. Have a great start to your week!

  • I'm running into the same issue - get this error for any image upload attempt.

I think this is resolved. Support told me they were having technical issues.

  • Also experience the same trouble with images that disappear after publishing to LMS.

Have tried to load new ones with no luck. Both as PNG and JPEG.

Also tried to set up new activities with the same trouble. No picture, just the icon that show something should have been there.
No difference in SCORM 1.2 or 2004/4

    This is an urgent issue

      Hi LARSDIDRIKFLING!

Sorry to hear that media from your SCORM package is not appearing when uploaded to an LMS!

I see that you've opened a support case being handled by my teammate, Cleober. It looks like he replied to your e-mail requesting a copy of the SCORM package you're working with.

We can continue troubleshooting through your case to keep all information in one spot.
