Images with ripped edges
I would like to create a photo with ripped edge after cropping a picture. Can storyline 360 or any of the articulate programs do this? thank you.
Came across this request about ripped edges on an image. I use TechSmith Snagit for that. Sometimes I even use PowerPoint as it has the ability to subtract one image from another. I find Snagit easier.
