Images wont upload into Rise

I've got a course in Rise and I'm trying to upload images into a tab interaction in Chrome. But it looks like its going to upload and then just spin...
I’m having exactly the same issue today, and it's causing us to fall behind with a project which has a Friday EOP UK time hard launch date. Please can someone look into this and provide a fix or workaround asap? It's very disappointing as this is the first time we've used Rise with a major client.
