Imoprting Storyline 360 into RISE 360

I am fairly new to RISE 360 and am trying to import a STORYLINE block into a Rise module.  When I import using the interactive Storyline block, it comes into RISE as a black block.  What settings do I change to have it come in as the first image from Storyline?

    On mobile it will always have a the black box and play button, you can set a poster Frame in the player.

    ON Desktop you would need to remove the audio from the first slide
