Importing an Existing PowerPoint

Question

My question is, what criteria within PowerPoint does Storyline require to import all the data and screen shots? I re-saved an existing PowerPoint I have as a .pptm, because when saving as a .pptx, I kept getting an error message from Storyline 360.&nbsp;
So, after importing the .pptm, all the wording is on the screen in all of the slides, but all of the screen shots in the PowerPoint are now gone. What do I do now? I still have the original PowerPoint, but if I have to copy and paste each screen shot, I am really not saving any time and I may as well start from scratch. Very frustrating when I already have all the information I need in PowerPoint for the eLearning.&nbsp;

Sharing a copy of your PowerPoint presentation would help us test to see why you're encountering issues during importing. Would you be willing to share a copy of your PowerPoint file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
