Importing back from Review to Engage?

Hi, I seem to have lost an interaction I created in Engage. I saved it to my hard drive but even though it is there, I can't figure out how to open it (the file has the name I assigned to it plus "engage output", but all folders within it seem empty).

I had shared the interaction via Review, and I can still access it there. Is there a way of importing it back to Engage to keep working on it? I don't want to have to start from scratch!

  • Hello Elizabeth,

Sorry to hear about your Engage 360 project file.

If the published output of your course has disappeared, you'll need to republish your course using the Engage 360 .intr file to recreate the output. Unfortunately, there isn't a way to restore your course using the published version in Review 360, so without a backup copy of the file, you will need to recreate the interaction.

If you think that the Engage 360 file is still somewhere on your computer, try doing a search for all files that end in .intr to locate your file for republishing.

Let me know if you have any questions!
