Importing Engage content into Storyline

Hello, I'm struggling to figure out how to import engage 360 content into storyline.  I've tried following the tutorials and I think I'm missing something.

Questions:

1) When I select import engage 360 it asks for a file, but where do i get that file?  When I publish it publishes multiple files to a folder, what am i doing wrong?

2) When I publish engage 360, what format or option should I be publishing into?

3) I tried publishing slides into a powerpoint but every time I select the power point, it opens. but then nothing happens when I press publish... it says there is no powerpoint slide open.  Is this a bug?

Thanks

  • Hi Nate,

Thanks for reaching out! I understand you have a few questions about importing Engage interactions into Storyline 360. I'd be happy to answer those for you!

    1. The file you are looking for is the .intr file you built in Engage 360. It will have a green icon. Here's a screenshot of what that looks like.

    2. You aren't going to import a published file into Storyline 360.

    3. If you are going to publish an Engage interaction to Articulate Presenter (PowerPoint), you have to click the three dots button and choose a preexisting PowerPoint presentation. See the screenshot below.

I hope this helps you out! If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
