Importing Videos in High Quality
Hello!
I've been screen capping videos in Camtasia and then uploading the finished product to Storyline but can't help noticing that the video quality degrades once in Storyline. Does anyone have any tips on how to avoid this? Especially when changing the size of the screen?
Thank you!
Hello Tara!
Thanks for letting us know that you're noticing a snag with video quality when it is imported into Storyline 360! Are you noticing this with every Camtasia video imported into Storyline or just one?
Also, are you importing the video as an mp4 file? It would be helpful if we could see what the video looks like in Storyline 360. Can you share the .story file with us in this discussion or privately in a support case?

Hi Tara and Lauren, I'm working on something similar and it would be really helpful if you could share how you are uploading your videos in Storyline. Thanks!
