Importint Engage interactions into RISE

I have a RISE course and I want to import an interaction I created in Engage 360.

It shows up in Review360 - but inside RISE - it's not one of the ones I can pick.

If I run it through SL - and don't change anything - then it is there. Is it not possible to import engage files anymore ?

Thanks

Donna

  • Hi Donna,

    Happy to help!

I just wanted to point out that embedding Engage 360 interactions as blocks in Rise 360 was never an available option. If you need to add your Engage 360 interactions to your Rise 360 courses, the only way to do this would be to:

    1. Import the Engage 360 interactions into a Storyline 360 course.
    2. Embed the Storyline 360 course in a Rise 360 course

If you were trying to import the Engage 360 directly because you preferred not to show Storyline 360's Player, you can check out this article for tips on how to create a chromeless player look for your embedded block.

Let me know if you have any questions!

That's what I did, I have created an "invisible" player in SL, which I am using for most content I want to use in Rise.

Still, it would be cool and definitely time-saving if we could import / use Engage360 content directly in Rise.

Just had an idea: Would it work to publish for internet from Engage and then embed the result in Rise? Oooh, I think I have a new experimental project... 😂
