Impossible de créer des nouveaux déclencheurs

Bonjour,
J'ai un soucis avec Storyline 360, dès que je souhaite créer un déclencheur, j'ai un message de rapport d'erreur qui m'indique que Storyline doit fermer.
Est-ce que quelqu'un de vous a déjà eu ce problème ?
