In need of a template for an in-course multi-question knowledge check.

Hi Heroes,

A few years ago, I used a template from aptara.com in a course that was then developed by someone else. That template is no longer available and I now need something similar. We'll need room for as many as six or possibly more questions. I'm thinking a card flip layout, like below, or something akin to a Jeopardy game setup (I'll take Knowledge Check Layouts for $500, Alex). Here's a screenshot from my storyboard of the interaction used in the past. As always, thank you for any assistance you can offer!
