In Public Beta: Brands
Hello, everyone! We’re excited to introduce Brands, now available in Rise 360.
Watch the video below for a quick walkthrough, or explore the full documentation to learn how to create, apply, and manage brands.
(Update) By default, everyone can create and edit brands, but this permission can be restricted to admins only. All creators on the account can apply brands.
After trying it out, please complete our short feedback survey. We’d especially love to hear what additional settings, permission options, and bulk actions your team needs.
Good news! We've got another update.
You can now bulk apply Brands to multiple courses. This is available in your Private folder and in any team folder where you have Owner or Manager permissions.
- Hover over and select the items you'd like to modify.
- Click the Apply Brands icon in the upper-right of the dashboard.
- Select a brand from the list and click Apply.
Once you apply a brand to a training, the name is listed on its dashboard content card.

One thing that I would love to see somewhere in Rise options - maybe in the Brand would be enough - is the ability to select a default font size. We tend to make our font larger since we have quite a few older people in our workforce. Having to select the body font and change it in every block is so tedious. It might be nice to have it outside the Brand, though.

This looks like a useful update for teams managing multiple projects. Having flexible brand permissions and the ability for creators to apply brands should make the workflow much easier.

Thanks for sharing this update! Brands in Rise 360 looks like a really useful addition, especially for teams that need to maintain consistent branding across multiple courses. The flexible permissions and ability for all creators to apply brands are great features. Looking forward to trying it out and sharing feedback on additional settings and bulk actions.

Kyle_Clements Admin still had to grant permission on mine this morning, so I'm not sure brand permissions does default to everyone. I accessed via EU instead of US in case that affects things.
Thank you for this comment! I passed it along to one of our engineers who is getting this resolved. We really appreciate your help during this beta!

I need to apply more than one logo. For example, I could have a project logo and a funding logo, or partner logos (I work for a charity, so we often work together with other charities or have sponsors). It would be good to have the option for placing multiple logos in a course.

This is amazing, Kyle! Didn't know we were working on that one but this is huge.
