In Storyline can you globally change the font in Notes tabs only?
Hello all!
Good news! In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), you can now instantly update the formatting of all slide notes in your project.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!
If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team in a support case.
This feature hasn't made it on our roadmap as we have prioritized other features for Storyline 360 updates. We will continue looking at the feature to globally change the font in the Notes tab to reevaluate its priority. I'll keep you updated in this discussion if it makes it on our roadmap.
I'm sad to hear that it hasn't made it to the roadmap yet, as I feel that this has been a problem for so long. As happy as I am to have text styles, it felt like a premature release in that this feature wasn't also available to the notes tab. 360-photos were integrated; was there a larger push for that than for global notes formatting? As much as I want .svg import or a "loop animation" trigger or focus-order-to-include-grouped-objects, I understand that this functionality affects every Storyline user. Is it really just a matter of more upvoting? The lack of progress on this front concerns me that Articulate is out of touch when it comes to prioritizing users' needs.
I love this product, and appreciate the team working on it. It takes time and is not simple. But how do we *actually* impress that this needs prioritization?

Hello Pierre!
I appreciate you taking the time to share how this feature would be impactful for you. To clarify, it's not a matter of upvoting when adding features to our roadmap. Of course, customer impact is a significant factor, but we also evaluate feature requests alongside a queue of bug fixes, new features already on the roadmap, and other projects. If a new feature makes it onto the roadmap, our team designs, develops, and tests it.
I'm sharing updated comments with my team to determine if the priority has changed. I'll circle back with you when I have more information.
