In Storyline can you globally change the font in Notes tabs only?
Hi! Apologies if this is answered elsewhere in the forum, but I couldn't find it and was spending too much time looking. In Storyline, is it possible to globally change the font in all my slides' Notes tab without changing what's on the body of the slides themselves? I imported a PPT file and based on forum tutorials, I knew my fonts might come in a bit wonky--which they did. I'm just hoping there's a quick an easy way of cleaning them up rather than going to each Notes tab of each slide individually for each of my three modules.
Does creating a Theme include the ability to specify the font/sizing for the Notes tab? I didn't see the Notes tab mentioned in the Theme instructions, but maybe I missed that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Good news! In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), you can now instantly update the formatting of all slide notes in your project.
From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

This feature is a must. As a builder, the more batch process we can, the better.

Being able to globally change the font in Notes is crucial. We are using this in place of CC, and it is tedious and time-consuming to change the notes in each slide. Please make this update as part of your accessibility features. Thanks.

Just a note that this is again an issue on a course I am working on, but it is still not on the roadmap.

This time is particularly fun as it relates to modernizing a course. I have a course that used a custom-colorized Classic Player with white text in the notes. Now I am updating to the modern player, am fine using the "light" modern player, but the notes text color has to be manually changed! Also, it is not uniform across all of the slides. Some slides, the notes are black. Some slides, the notes are white. It seems like there might be some color change technique applied on some notes, but not on other notes, and now there is no uniform performance.
So I'm going to go through every slide and manually update the color. I wish I could at least use right-click>apply style. Right-click>paste>apply destination theme would be a great option if I could control the destination theme, rather than it just defaulting to the formatting of the first character even after that character was deleted. I'm going to try to speed this process up by undocking and respositioning my windows in such a way that the font color control is not a thousand pixels away.
Please prioritize this!

Here's a fun one: Some of the text became black. Some became white. Good thing I am selecting-all in every notes entry, and not just eye-balling it.

Really love the possibilities on the roadmap. Video Transcripts and Shared Publishing is going to be fantastic. We still aren't addressing the notes, however. Please don't ignore that.
