Incomplete/Failed trigger not working in Storyline 3
I have a colleague who has Storyline 3 only who wants to use Completion triggers in her course. (Storyline 3 does not allow adding/editing Completion triggers, but they can be added in Storyline 360...

I appreciate you sharing what you are experiencing with your published Storyline 3 course, and thank you for sharing the .story project file.
I published the course to LMS using AICC and with your tracking method of Completed/Failed and uploaded to SCORM Cloud, and got expected results.
I also published the course to LMS using AICC and the tracking method of Completed/Incompleted and got the expected results.
It seems like the issue is limited to your LMS. Have you looked at other LMS Reporting options to see how they work in your LMS?
