Inconsistent Audio Volume Handling for Video Audio in Storyline

Have you tried adjusting the quality settings of your course before publishing? How about setting the compression level of your video to "none"?
If changing the settings for media files doesn't help, try the following:
- Re-encode your videos so they use a different profile using tools like Handbrake
- Repair your Storyline 360 installation

Quick follow-up: I now see that there IS a Video Volume setting that I hadn't noticed before. Both my standalone audio and videos are set to Medium, but the difference is still noticeable. Maybe it's related to encoding methods?
