Increasing Audio Level on Exported .mp4 Scene

Hello E-learning Heroes!  We're having a consistent audio issue when exporting Storyline scenes containing only have video/audio on the timeline. The audio starts Low as it's set in the Storyline...

Hello AngeliqueHB, 

Thanks for reaching out! We do not have any news to share on this bug where the volume of the audio increases after the duration of the video in the same slide. We'll be sure to update this thread with any news of a fix.

As my colleague Eric shared earlier in this discussion, we'd be happy to take a closer look at your file to see if what you are experiencing is related to this bug. You can share a copy of your .story file in this thread or privately in a support case. We'll be sure to delete the file after testing.
