Infinite loop trying to log in to update Storyline

I need to update Storyline but my Articulate 360 desktop add goes into an infinite loop of "You're being redirected to your web browser to sign in."  I log in on the web, but the desktop app just go...

Got it fixed with instructions provided in the support chat.  Honestly, you might just want to post that somewhere.
