Inheritance of alt text by states in Storyline

Hi RichardPrince - I just performed some testing, and I'm finding that NVDA is announcing alt text during the preview. Last year, we implemented a new setting allowing screen reader support to be disabled. Can you check that the option is checked/enabled for you?
Screen reader support during preview is now optional. Turn it on in the Storyline Options window

Perhaps the issue is with Storyline rather than NVDA? NVDA is not realistically going to put effort into fixing an incompatibility between their software and Storyline, given that a microscopic fraction of NVDA users also use Storyline. I would have thought the onus would be on you guys to make sure your product works well with a tool that a lot of accessibility conscious authors are going to test their eLearning content with......

Thank you Ronnie: that solved the problem. Perhaps this option should be enabled by default? Best wishes Richard
