Insert Slides popup didn't come after i ended screen recording

I recorded a one hour session and clicked cancel to end the recording. The slides were saving but the Insert Slides popup didn't come up. So, i coud'nt not save the file and export the vi...
Thank you for the additional information. Unfortunately, if the screen recording is not appearing in the recordings section, then there is no way to recover it. If you keep encountering issues in general with your Storyline 360 installation, here are some tips to help address them:
- Make sure that you are working locally when making any changes to your Storyline 360 course.
- If your Storyline 360 installation is showing unusual behavior such as a feature not working properly, you can try doing a repair of the application.
