Inserting Images to Rise
Myself and a coworker cannot load an image into Rise today. We receive an error message no matter what type of image we use. Are there any known issues on this? Thank you.

Hi Sandra, I am sorry you are having problems with uploading images into Rise 360. Not to worry. I am here to help. Can you send me a screenshot of the error message? Also, what browser and device are you using? I recommend doing the following troubleshooting steps:
1. Make sure you are using a supported browser.
2. Make sure your browser is fully updated.
3. Try using a different supported browser.
4. Clear your browser's cache.
5. Restart your computer.
