Inserting Modern Illustrated character to Master slide
I am having some issues inserting modern illustrated characters to a master slide. When I do the character shows up on the timeline but not on the actual slide, and this causes storyline to freeze and not respond. The only way to get out is to End task from the task manager.
Funny enough I tried inserting this type of character on a normal slide (not master) and it works just fine.
Anyone run into this?

As a first step, I recommend double-checking that Storyline 360 is running the latest version on your device (Build 3.68.28887.0).
- To see what update you are currently on, please click to the Help tab, and then select About Storyline.

If updating doesn't seem to give you any luck, I have another question and recommendation for you:
- Have you experienced this issue on a new project file as well?
- If so, a simple Storyline 360 repair should fix this issue!
