Inserting Variable into Text Box

I'm happy to help, and thanks for sharing the screenshots! The RapidResponse.ScorePercent variable in your colleague's project was created when they added the related Result slide. Storyline creates built-in variables when a Result slide is created. 

You can add a new Result slide to your project first so you'll also have your version of the variables, then use your colleague's slide layout as a pattern by copying the objects to your new Result slide. We have an article that you can use for reference:

If you need additional help, we'd be happy to look at your Storyline file and make further recommendations. You can upload it here or privately in a support case. If you can also share your colleague's project as a template, that would be best. We'll delete them when we're done.
